Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We have a free exchanges, easy returns policy that ensures you end up with the perfect product for your adventure needs. If you purchase a product and are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days and receive store credit or a refund. 

Rules & Regulations

All orders are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase. Within that time all items can be returned, with exception of our custom gear and items sold as "final sale." Items can be returned for store credit or a refund to the original form of payment (order must have been placed through Customers requesting a return for store credit will receive a free shipping label. Customers requesting a return for a refund will receive a shipping label, and be refunded the price of the item, minus a flat-rate shipping fee. We offer a flat-rate $5 USPS shipping label for domestic orders under $75. All domestic orders over $75 will be charged a $10 flat-fee. If the initial order was shipped outside of the United States, customers will have to generate the label and cover the return shipment cost. We issue refunds when the returned item has been received. Extended Holiday Return Policy: Holiday orders (placed from November 1, 2023 to December 25, 2023) will be able to be returned through January 25, 2024

Damaged & Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you can return it for a full refund or store credit. Customers requesting a return for a damaged or wrong item will be receive a free shipping label and will be issued a refund or store credit of the full initial order amount.   

How it Works

If you ordered from our website, the fastest way to complete a return is through our return portal using your order number and email address. It usually takes us 3-5 days to process the request and email you a return label. Once you have shipped the return, we will issue a refund to the initial form of payment. Please note that Flowfold is not responsible for returns lost in transit back to us.
