Shipping
Most Flowfold orders (domestic and international) are shipped via USPS First-class mail. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to process.
The following flat rate shipping charges apply to all orders:

Billfolds, Trifolds – $2
iPad Sleeves, Shirts, Hats – $3
Orders over $40 ship for FREE
Packaging
Our packaging strategy takes a minimal approach which allows us to keep our actual products value oriented and lessens our waste footprint. For example our billfold wallet mails to you in a normal #10 Kraft Brown envelope with ¢65 stamp (domestic orders).
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return purchased merchandise for any reason within 30 days of shipment of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered, or excessively worn. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. If you would like to return your order or a portion of your order, please e-mail us at info@flowfold.com with your issue.

Availability
We do everything we can to make our products available on time. From time to time, something that was ordered may not be available anymore. If that happens to your order, please accept our apologies. We’ll let you know by sending you an e-mail. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for it.
