Order & Shipping

Please allow up to 3 days for your order to process.

You should receive emails about the status of your order. If you don't see them in your inbox, check your promotions & spam folders. Each email about your order has a link to your order's status.

If your order has shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input

We make our best effort to ship orders quickly. That said, if you want to make a change or cancel your order please call us at (207) 200-8080 or email us at customerservice@flowfold.com

Orders are packed and shipped each weekday morning, Monday through Friday. Most orders are mailed via USPS and delivery time is 2-5 business days.

All orders over $75 ship to USA addresses for free. Orders under $75 have a flat $4.95 shipping fee. International orders have a flat $20 shipping fee.

Most Flowfold orders (domestic and international) are shipped via USPS First-class mail. 

We also offer the following shipping options:

1. USPS Priority Mail Express for a flat rate of $19

2. UPS 2nd Day Air for a flat rate of $29

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We have a free exchanges, easy returns policy. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason you can return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Visit our Returns page for our full policy.

To submit a return request, please visit our Return page and click Start a Return. You'll need your order number and email used for the order. If you have any issues returning an item please contact us.

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible. We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days of receipt of your item. Please note that Flowfold is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Warranty

Yes, Flowfold offers a Lifetime Warranty on all products sold on our website. Check out our Warranty page for full details!

Our Lifetime Warranty covers materials and craftsmanship over the course of the reasonable life of the product.

Materials & Products

Our fabric is easy to clean and care for. Brush off any loose dirt and dried mud. If stains or marks  persist, spot clean using a sponge with mild soap and hang to dry. Do not use bleach, solvents, or other harsh chemicals.

Our materials are state of the art. From Sailcloth to X-Pac, the fabrics we use are engineered by experts to maximize a high strength-to-weight ratio. This means that our fabrics are among the lightest and strongest in the world. Read more about our materials.

Yes. Over 1/3 of our materials are recycled, and almost all of them are sourced locally. We also manufacture all products in the USA, which decreases the need for non-renewable resources need to transport raw materials and reduces pollution involved with container shipping. 

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Amazon Pay. 

Yes. We use several of the latest encryption technologies to ensure the privacy and security of your on-line purchases. Your personally-identifiable information, including your credit card information, is encrypted for maximum security, and your credit card and billing information cannot be revealed to a third-party as it is transmitted to our ordering system, or to anyone attempting to access www.flowfold.com remotely. We have implemented the requisite physical, electronic and managerial processes to prevent unauthorized access to its customer accounts and to maintain data security.

You can use a discount code during checkout. On a desktop computer, you should have an opportunity to enter your code on the right hand side of the checkout screen. On a phone, tablet, or other mobile device it is generally right beneath your Contact and Shipping details. Simply enter a valid discount code and click the associated button to apply the discount.

It's possible that your discount code has expired or that you entered it incorrectly. Please double check the dates of the code and make sure it has been entered correctly during checkout. COVID-19 & PPE

Unfortunately, no. With most of our production capabilities focused on making protective gear, we have temporarily suspended our custom product line. We will reopen it when the pandemic has passed.

Due to the pandemic's overall disruption to the postal system, you may experience slight delays in the shipment of your order. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control, and are likely due to packages being held up at mail carrier's facilities. It may take a few additional days for your oder to arrive.

Unfortunatley, our face shields or face masks are not covered by our warranty. If one gets damaged, please contact through Customer Service and we will do our best to get you a replacement.

Due to safety protocols, our face masks and face shields are non-returnable.
