On May 2nd, I paid full price for a wallet specifically to use on a trip to a school reunion at the end of the month. I did get free shipping (Flowfold's choice of carrier, not mine). The wallet shipped the next day and per USPS tracking, was in a town 30 minutes from my home the next day... but was never delivered. On May 10th, I inquired as to why the wallet hadn't yet been delivered. I didn't get a reply from Flowfold until May 13th and essentially was told to keep waiting. The reunion came and went without the wallet. It inexplicably showed up three days after the reunion, making the purchase largely useless. I missed the ability to buy the wallet with a significant discount during Flowfold's 15th anniversary sale, which also came and went. The full price wallet finally arrived with a manufacturing defect (see photo). This has been a thoroughly disappointing experience that quite honestly has tarnished my view of Flowfold as a company and made me hesitant to buy anything from them in the future.

This is a high quality product. I cannot believe how minimalist it is with a unique style. I love this brand.

Super cool wallet. Exactly as advertised.

the only reason I'm on my second, is that i wanted a different Color. over 8 years with this wallet and the only *minor* complaint i have is this: in one of the interior clear pockets i religiously kept 6 credit cards in there. i downsized and went to 4. the wallet retained the memory of the thickness of six cards, so it's a little loosey goosey with less cards. so, they can slip out when i open my wallet in a hurry. other than that, after using these, i have no idea why leather wallets exist
